Made in Black

Black currant & Black berry

This jet black dagda_is hard to see as a cereal. But the black color of the material is, in fact, evidence that plants have many polyphenols to protect fruits and seeds from ultraviolet rays. Blackcurrants used for its jams are rich in polyphenols called anthocyanins. Organic maki berry added as a powder is also a superfood that has supported the health of residents for centuries in southern Chile, where it is viewed as a sacred plant. Likewise, the bamboo powder used for coloring contains abundant natural minerals that cannot be made in the body. To this base are added semi-dried, organic black figs, cherries, and prunes, complementing the heavy cereal.
