The concept is pure domestic production. It uses domestic oats made of rare domestic rice, firewood-roasted sunflower oil produced without solvents or additives, rare varieties of cooking apples, and the superfood acacia honey. All are produced in Iwate prefecture by farming cooperatives using valuable raw materials. Millets such as amaranth, kibi, awa, red rice, and black rice are called “millet superfoods” and can safely supply dietary fiber and minerals. "Dagda_ ALL JAPAN" is born from the fusion of domestic farmers' feelings and the patissier's technology, providing a new cereal experience.
